Amy Ancel worked for a major insurance company, specializing in disputed claims, policy benefits, fraud investigations and litigation. “This gave me invaluable experience with how insurance companies review claims, and an evidentiary mindset.” she notes. Besides her insider’s perspective, she possesses a deep commitment to confidentiality. Amy also brings a keen eye to her work, with a background in real estate marketing, interior design, and landscape design.

Cathy Talmadge, a former executive of a major media and telecommunications company, brings business and operations acumen to the firm as well as experience in video production and packaging. She also brings a hard reality check: When her home was robbed a few years ago, she states, “I learned the hard way what it’s like to try to settle a claim without documentation.” Cathy, who has also worked as a business development consultant for several technology companies, holds an MBA from the University of Denver.
